A COVID-19 Update from AMTELCO

Customers and Friends:
The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us.
At AMTELCO, we are committed to creating lasting, positive support for our employees, our customers and our communities. Right now, we think that means we need to take some steps for the greater good.
For the near-term most of our employees will begin to work remotely, and our offices will be thinly staffed to achieve the goal of “social distancing”.
We strongly encourage alternatives to in-person meetings through the month of April 2020 especially for more vulnerable persons. We are set up to support our customers on-line, via email and phone without regard to physical location. If an in-person meeting or trip is required, we will work with you directly to determine when this can occur given the circumstances.
We all know this situation remains fluid and you can expect continued communication from us as circumstances warrant.
Two of our core values are caring and perseverance, and these values are also at the core of our relationship with you. All of us are being tested by this situation, but we have every confidence in our collective ability to meet the challenge and persevere together.
