Secure, Fast, Reliable... thank you!!! The latest release is so easy to use. You can tell security is the number 1 priority with this app. I can receive messages to my SMS or eMail on my phone but I can not stop my wife or son from reading them. I will admit they know my Swipe pattern to unlock my phone. This app allows my private messages to live behind a second passcode... locking everyone out. Not only does the app react quickly when I use it but the sending and receiving of the messages is lightning fast even when I have limited internet connectivity. You can tell someone knows how to create efficient native apps. Thank you!

We have been using the miSecureMessages for a couple of years now with great success. Most of our medical accounts that must be HIPAA compliant are using the product. Amtelco is the vendor and we have found they are doing regular updates that enhance the value of the product for our clients. The tracking ability is one of the best features to confirm that the client has opened their message.

I have been using this app for a few weeks as it is supported by my answering service so they can send me HIPAA compliant messages. I recently moved up to an iPhone 6, but the app would save the license. I was able to get tech support today to fix the problem. If you need secure messaging, get this app.

A Porter request is delivered to a device within 3 minutes instead of the 20+minutes before, introducing a new dispatch system utilizing miSecureMessages as the secure delivery vehicle. This dramatically improves the delivery time of the request and improves patient flow throughout the hospital.

We absolutely love it for clients that want to be HIPAA compliant and for clients that may have been on SMS, alpha pager, etc. and they dislike that the message cuts off due to character limitations. MiSecureMessages will rectify that problem among many other things. We have added about 40 clients onto it this year alone and continue to add more every week (averaging 10 a month). It's great for your medical clients and service based companies. If you incorporate IS Contact Dispatch and the IS On-Call Scheduler and Status, it will give you even greater benefits. That is the next phase my programming team is working on since my clients noticed it was an option in the app. Ask Amtelco for a demo license and try it out with your own staff. It's a nice additional contact method to offer your clients.
